Все крупные российские ЛГБТК+ организации объявлены экстремистскими, включая формально не существующее «Международное ЛГБТК+ движение». Несмотря на это, российский суд впервые назначил реальные тюремные сроки именно «за участие в запрещенном международном ЛГБТК+ движении».
Центральный районный суд Оренбурга приговорил к реальным срокам работников и владельца квир-клуба Pose по обвинению в организации и участии в деятельности этой организации: владельца бара Вячеслава Хасанова – к 7 годам колонии, администратора Диану Камильянову – к 6 годам 3 месяцам, арт-директора Александра Климова – к 2 годам 3 месяцам. Об этом 29 июня 2026 года сообщила пресс-служба суда, отметив, что осуждённые являются представителями «нетрадиционной ориентации».
Этот приговор подтверждает, что решение Верховного суда от 30 ноября 2023 года о признании «международного движения ЛГБТ» экстремистским создало опасный прецедент: под эту формулировку фактически попадает любая форма самоорганизации, поддержки и солидарности. На практике это ведет к криминализации правозащитной и социальной работы и усилению давления на ЛГБТК+ людей. Об этой тенденции Платформа для диалога с российскими демократическими силами сообщала в своем Заявлении в марте 2026 года.
Под видом «защиты традиционных ценностей» государство превращает эту идеологию в инструмент подавления и уголовного преследования не только ЛГБТК+ организаций, но и любых гражданских инициатив, не согласных с официальной политикой.
Судебное преследование ЛГБТК+ людей с реальными уголовными сроками противоречит документам Совета Европы в области прав человека. Такое преследование, как самих ЛГБТК+ людей, так и тех, кто с ними работает, следует рассматривать как политически мотивированное, и работать над разработкой механизмов реагирования.
Как и в предыдущем Заявлении, мы призываем международные институты сохранять внимание к ситуации и усиливать поддержку людей и инициатив, продолжающих работу в условиях криминализации, в том числе через механизмы срочной защиты, гуманитарные программы и иные инструменты, учитывающие специфику этих рисков.
Мы выражаем солидарность со всеми, кто сегодня, несмотря на угрозы, продолжает защищать человеческое достоинство и помогать тем, кто в опасности.

All major Russian LGBTQ+ organizations have been declared extremist, including the formally non-existent “International LGBTQ+ Movement.” Despite this, a Russian court has for the first time handed down actual prison sentences specifically “for participation in the banned international LGBTQ+ movement.”
The Central District Court of Orenburg sentenced employees and the owner of the queer club Pose to real prison terms on charges of organizing and participating in the activities of this organization: bar owner Vyacheslav Khasanov — to 7 years in a penal colony, administrator Diana Kamilyanova — to 6 years and 3 months, and art director Alexander Klimov — to 2 years and 3 months. This was reported by the court’s press service on June 29, 2026, which noted that those convicted are representatives of “non-traditional orientation.”
This verdict confirms that the Russian Supreme Court’s ruling of November 30, 2023, recognizing the “international LGBT movement” as extremist, has created a dangerous precedent: this formulation effectively covers any form of self-organization, mutual support, and solidarity. In practice, this leads to the criminalization of human rights and social work and increased pressure on LGBTQ+ people. The Platform for Dialogue with Russian Democratic Forces reported on this trend in its Statement in March 2026.
Under the guise of “protecting traditional values,” the state is turning this ideology into a tool of suppression and criminal prosecution — not only against LGBTQ+ organizations, but against any civic initiatives that do not align with official policy.
The criminal prosecution of LGBTQ+ people with real prison sentences contravenes Council of Europe human rights instruments. Such persecution — of LGBTQ+ people themselves and of those who work with them — should be regarded as politically motivated, and mechanisms for responding to it must be developed.
As in our previous Statement, we call on international institutions to maintain attention to this situation and to strengthen support for people and initiatives that continue their work under conditions of criminalization, including through emergency protection mechanisms, humanitarian programs, and other instruments tailored to the specific nature of these risks.
We express solidarity with all those who, despite the threats, continue today to defend human dignity and to help those in danger.
