Участники Российских демократических сил в Платформе для диалога с Российскими демократическими силами Парламентской Ассамблеи Совета Европы (ПАСЕ) решительно осуждает попытки Кремля вмешаться во внутренние политические процессы Республики Армения и повлиять на исход предстоящих выборов.
Москва развернула масштабную кампанию политического, информационного и квази-государственного давления на армянское руководство и общество с единственной целью — сорвать окончательный выход Армении из сферы российского имперского контроля и помешать ее движению к Европе и демократическому миру.
Мы рассматриваем прямые и косвенные угрозы в адрес премьер-министра Никола Пашиняна, кампанию травли против прозападных сил, координируемую российскими государственными медиа и связанными с Кремлем структурами, как часть системной операции по дестабилизации Армении.
Особенно циничными являются попытки Москвы использовать сотни тысяч граждан Армении, проживающих на территории России, в качестве инструмента влияния на армянские выборы. Зависимость этих людей от российского миграционного режима, трудового положения и административного контроля создает почву для давления, манипуляций и фактического политического шантажа.
Кремль стремится навязать армянскому обществу ложный выбор между безопасностью и свободой, между независимостью и европейским будущим. Это — продолжение традиционной политики постсоветского неоимпериализма, основанной на угрозах, зависимости, коррупционном влиянии и вмешательстве в суверенные процессы соседних государств.
Армения имеет полное право самостоятельно определять свое будущее, включая углубление интеграции с Европейским союзом, расширение сотрудничества с демократическими странами Запада и проведение внутренней демократической трансформации.
Мы призываем международное сообщество, институты Совета Европы, Европейского союза и ОБСЕ дать публичную и жесткую оценку действиям Москвы, направленным против армянского суверенитета и демократического выбора армянского народа.
Любая попытка внешнего давления на Армению, вмешательства в ее выборы или дестабилизации законной власти должна получить международный политический ответ.
Платформа российских демократических сил при ПАСЕ выражает солидарность с народом Армении и всеми политическими силами, выступающими за демократию, независимость страны и ее европейское будущее.

The members of the Russian Democratic Forces within the Council of Europe’s Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) Platform for Dialogue with the Russian Democratic Forces strongly condemns the Kremlin’s attempts to interfere in the internal political processes of the Republic of Armenia and to influence the outcome of the upcoming elections.
Moscow has launched a large-scale campaign of political, informational, and quasi-governmental pressure on Armenian leadership and society, with the sole objective of preventing Armenia’s final break from the sphere of Russian imperial control and obstructing its path toward Europe and the democratic world.
We regard the direct and indirect threats against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and the coordinated harassment campaign against pro-Western forces — orchestrated by Russian state media and Kremlin-affiliated structures — as part of a systemic operation to destabilize Armenia.
Particularly cynical are Moscow’s attempts to instrumentalize the hundreds of thousands of Armenian citizens residing in Russia as a lever of influence over Armenian elections. These individuals’ dependence on the Russian migration regime, their employment situation, and administrative controls creates conditions for pressure, manipulation, and what amounts to political blackmail.
The Kremlin seeks to impose upon Armenian society a false choice between security and freedom, between independence and a European future. This is a continuation of the longstanding policy of post-Soviet neo-imperialism, grounded in threats, manufactured dependency, corrupt influence, and interference in the sovereign processes of neighboring states.
Armenia has every right to determine its own future — including deepening integration with the European Union, expanding cooperation with democratic Western nations, and pursuing its domestic democratic transformation.
We call upon the international community, and the institutions of the Council of Europe, the European Union, and the OSCE, to issue a clear and firm public condemnation of Moscow’s actions against Armenian sovereignty and the democratic choice of the Armenian people.
Any attempt at external pressure on Armenia, interference in its elections, or destabilization of its legitimate authorities must be met with a coordinated international political response.
The Platform of Russian Democratic Forces at PACE expresses its solidarity with the people of Armenia and with all political forces committed to democracy, the country’s independence, and its European future.
