Выставка «СОПРОТИВЛЕНИЕ ЗА РЕШЕТКОЙ»
Участники Российских демократических сил в Платформе для диалога с Российскими демократическими силами Парламентской Ассамблеи Совета Европы (ПАСЕ) совместно с Рихардом Зольти из галереи Ritsch-Fisch Galerie подготовили выставку, посвящённую нынешним и бывшим политическим заключённым, удерживаемым Российской Федерацией. Галерея Ritsch-Fisch Galerie специализируется на направлении «art brut», представляя произведения художников-аутсайдеров — в том числе лиц, находящихся в местах лишения свободы, — и последовательно поддерживает авторов, чьи голоса подавляются общественными или государственными структурами.
Среди лиц, содержащихся под стражей в России, — тысячи украинских военнопленных, мужчин и женщин, подвергающихся систематическим пыткам и находящихся в полной изоляции от семей и сетей поддержки. В экспозиции представлена работа Павло Артеменко.
Выставка является первым показом проекта, кураторами которого выступили Надя Толоконникова (Pussy Riot), совместно с Рихардом Зольти и Мари-Лор Ридингер. Значительную помощь в координации с заключёнными и их семьями оказал Правозащитный центр «Мемориал». Выставка реализована при поддержке фонда New Generation Foundation и осуществляется в рамках программы The Art Action по поддержке художников, находящихся в группе риска.
В числе выступающих — бывшие политические заключённые: Надя Толоконникова, Руслан Кутаев, Владимир Кара-Мурза.

Выставка «Женщины против войны»
Выставка «Женщины против войны» рассказывает истории заключённых женщин, подвергшихся политическим репрессиям и государственному насилию из-за своих взглядов и активизма после начала полномасштабного вторжения России в Украину 24 февраля 2022 года.
Организаторками выступают Феминистское Антивоенное Сопротивление (ФАС) совместно с Надей Толоконниковой, Pussy Riot.
Портреты созданы феминистскими художницами из России и Беларуси. Многие из них также столкнулись с политическими репрессиями, а часть вынуждена участвовать анонимно, поскольку участие в выставке представляет серьёзную угрозу их безопасности.
От школьниц до пожилых женщин — представительницы разных регионов и городов выходили на уличные протесты, организовывали подрывные кампании, освещающие военные преступления России, распространяли антивоенные листовки и самодельные подпольные газеты, сопротивлялись мобилизации, помогали украинским беженцам и вынужденным переселенцам с оккупированных территорий. В ответ на это российское государство проводило обыски, фабриковало уголовные дела, осуществляло аресты, применяло полицейское насилие и пытки.
Первая уличная выставка «Женщины против войны» прошла в Париже в 2023 году при поддержке городской администрации. Вторая версия выставки состоялась в Вене в MuseumsQuartier с 9 декабря 2025 года по 9 февраля 2026 года при поддержке Федерального министерства жилищного строительства, искусства, культуры, СМИ и спорта Австрии.
Цель выставки — международное продвижение проекта, призванного рассказывать истории женщин, сопротивляющихся войне и авторитаризму. Выставка также привлекает внимание к судьбам по меньшей мере 257 украинских женщин, которые в настоящее время удерживаются в заключении на временно оккупированных территориях или были незаконно вывезены в Российскую Федерацию, согласно данным Центра гражданских свобод (Украина) и общественной организации «Украинский военный архив».

Специальный показ документального фильма «Mr Nobody against Putin
Фильм рассказывает историю Павла Таланкина — учителя и видеографа небольшой российской школы в городе Карабаш Челябинской области. С началом полномасштабного вторжения России в Украину он оказывается втянутым в государственную пропагандистскую машину. Документируя патриотические уроки, милитаризацию детских объединений и вербовку выпускников на войну, Павел становится международным разоблачителем и вынужден покинуть страну.
15 марта 2026 года фильм получил премию «Оскар» в категории «Лучший документальный полнометражный фильм», а ранее в этом году — премию BAFTA в той же категории и Special Jury Award в секции World Cinema Documentary на кинофестивале Sundance.
После просмотра состоится дискуссия с автором фильма Павлом Таланкиным и модераторкой Татьяной Лазаревой — журналисткой и общественной деятельницей, известной своей открытой гражданской позицией и критикой российского правительства.

Организаторы: “Free Yakutia Foundation”, “Sakha Policy and Advocacy Center” совместно с Батлаем Матеновым — сооснователем независимого медиа и Фонда азиатских народов России «Азиаты России», активистом деколониального движения, участником Платформы для диалога с российскими демократическими силами Парламентской ассамблеи Совета Европы (ПАСЕ).
В фокусе мероприятия, несколько практических направлений:
- Право народов на самоопределение в рамках международного права: механизмы участия народов в решении вопросов, связанных с территориями, ресурсами и культурной политикой.
- Война и репрессии: непропорциональный призыв в национальных регионах, а также социальные последствия для коренных народов, усиливающиеся системной дискриминацией, политическими репрессиями и криминализацией деколониального и экологического активизма.
- Экстрактивизм на землях коренных народов: добыча нефти, газа, золота на землях коренных народов — в том числе при участии компаний из ЕС.

Exhibition “RESISTANCE IMPRISONED”
The participants of the Russian Democratic Forces in the Platform for Dialogue with Russian Democratic Forces of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), together with Richard Zolti of Ritsch-Fisch Galerie, have prepared an exhibition dedicated to current and former political prisoners held by the Russian Federation. Ritsch-Fisch Galerie specialises in art brut, presenting works by outsider artists — including individuals in detention — and consistently supports creators whose voices are suppressed by public or state structures.
Among those held in detention in Russia are thousands of Ukrainian prisoners of war, men and women subjected to systematic torture and kept in complete isolation from their families and support networks. The exhibition features work by Pavlo Artemenko.
This is the inaugural showing of a project curated by Nadya Tolokonnikova (Pussy Riot), together with Richard Zolti and Marie-Laure Ridinger. Memorial Human Rights Centre provided significant assistance in coordinating with prisoners and their families. The exhibition is realised with the support of the New Generation Foundation and takes place within the framework of The Art Action programme for artists at risk. Among the speakers are former political prisoners: Nadya Tolokonnikova, Ruslan Kutaev, and Vladimir Kara-Murza.

Exhibition “WOMEN AGAINST WAR”
The exhibition “Women Against War“ tells the stories of imprisoned women who have faced political repression and state violence because of their views and activism following the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022.
The exhibition is organised by the Feminist Anti-War Resistance (FAR) together with Nadya Tolokonnikova, Pussy Riot.
The portraits were created by feminist artists from Russia and Belarus. Many of them have themselves faced political repression, and some are participating anonymously, as involvement in the exhibition poses a serious threat to their safety.
From schoolgirls to elderly women — participants from across different regions and cities took to the streets in protest, organised disruptive campaigns documenting Russia’s war crimes, distributed anti-war leaflets and homemade underground newspapers, resisted mobilisation, and assisted Ukrainian refugees and displaced persons from occupied territories. In response, the Russian state conducted searches, fabricated criminal cases, carried out arrests, and applied police violence and torture.
The first outdoor edition of Women Against War was held in Paris in 2023 with the support of the city administration. The second edition took place in Vienna at MuseumsQuartier from 9 December 2025 to 9 February 2026, with the support of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Housing, Arts, Culture, Civil Service and Sport.
The aim of the exhibition is to promote the project internationally, bringing visibility to women who resist war and authoritarianism. The exhibition also draws attention to the fate of at least 257 Ukrainian women currently held in detention in temporarily occupied territories or illegally transferred to the Russian Federation, according to data from the Center for Civil Liberties (Ukraine) and the civil society organisation Ukrainian War Archive.

Special screening of the documentary “Mr Nobody against Putin”
The film tells the story of Pavel Talankin — a teacher and videographer at a small Russian school in the town of Karabash, Chelyabinsk Oblast. When Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine begins, he finds himself drawn into the state propaganda machine. Documenting patriotic lessons, the militarisation of children’s organisations, and the recruitment of graduates for the war, Pavel becomes an international whistleblower and is forced to leave the country.
On 15 March 2026, the film received the Oscar (Academy Award) for Best Documentary Feature Film, earlier this year the BAFTA Award in the same category, and the Special Jury Award in the World Cinema Documentary section at the Sundance Film Festival.
A post-screening discussion will follow with the film’s author Pavel Talankin, moderated by Tatiana Lazareva — journalist and public figure, known for her outspoken civic engagement and criticism of the Russian government.

Panel discussion “The Situation of Indigenous Peoples of Russia under the Full-Scale Invasion of Ukraine”
Organisers: “Free Yakutia Foundation”, “Sakha Policy and Advocacy Center” — together with Batlai Matenov, co-founder of the independent media platform and the Foundation of the Asian Peoples of Russia “Asians of Russia”, decolonial activist and participant in the Platform for Dialogue with Russian Democratic Forces of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
The panel will focus on several practical areas:
- The right of peoples to self-determination under international law: mechanisms for the participation of peoples in decisions relating to their territories, resources, and cultural policies.
- War and repression: disproportionate conscription in national regions and its social consequences for indigenous peoples, compounded by systemic discrimination, political repression, and the criminalisation of decolonial and environmental activism.
- Extractivism on indigenous lands: the extraction of oil, gas, and gold from indigenous territories — including with the involvement of EU-based companies.

Panel discussion “Hybrid War within Europe”
Russia’s hybrid warfare is not happening at Europe’s borders — it is happening inside European cities. Disinformation campaigns, sabotage networks, political interference, and the intimidation of civil society are already part of daily reality for European citizens and institutions. At the same time, Russia deploys a quieter but equally deliberate instrument against its own dissidents in exile: systematic bureaucratic obstruction. Expired passports, denied consular access, and manufactured statelessness are designed to silence anti-war Russians living in Europe — and to remove potential allies from the democratic conversation.
These are not parallel stories. They are two fronts of the same war.
This evening brings together experts and policymakers for presentations on the full spectrum of Russia’s hybrid operations in Europe — from interference in democratic processes to the weaponization of documentation against exiled communities — followed by a working dinner to explore coordinated legislative and diplomatic responses.
Europe’s security and the fate of Russia’s democratic opposition in exile are inseparable questions.
